Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of anything you upload. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Use the product lawfully and don't attempt to disrupt or abuse the service — no scraping at scale, probing for vulnerabilities, or interfering with other users.

No financial advice

CardBreakCalculator.com is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. Calculations and recommendations are estimates — card values shift constantly, checklists contain errors, and AI-generated analysis can be wrong. They should not be your sole basis for any purchasing decision. Always do your own research.

The service is provided as-is

We work to keep the product accurate and available, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for losses arising from bids or purchases you make.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, free trials, cancellation and the 30-day refund are described on the Pricing page. Cancellation, card changes and plan switches are managed from Settings → Billing; refunds are requested through Contact. A formal terms-of-sale document is being prepared and will replace this note.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
