This Privacy Policy explains how CardBreakCalculator.com handles your information.

Information we collect

• Account details. The email address and password you sign up with. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us.
• Your calculator data. Break results you choose to log, the teams and products you select, and checklists you upload, stored against your account so you can see your history.
• Email addresses you submit through our newsletter or set-request forms, used only to respond or send the updates you asked for.

We do not run third-party advertising or tracking analytics on this site.

How we use it

To operate the product, communicate important updates, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

AI processing

When you use the AI features (break insights, chat advisor, checklist parsing), the break data or checklist text you provide is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate the response. Don't include personal information in checklist uploads or chat messages.

Photos you share with the AI advisor are processed to answer your question and are not stored; we keep the listing details we extract from them (like product, price, and platform) to improve our break data.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the site is served by Vercel. Access to your saved data is restricted to your account.

Deleting your data

Email us and we will delete your account and the data associated with it, or remove your address from our email list.
